One person reads all of it.

There is no support queue and no press office. Mail goes to the developer, and answers usually come back within a day.

What to send where

Press and creators

Review builds, creator keys, interviews, fact-checking. Say who you are and where you publish and a key comes back. Assets are already waiting in the press kit — logos, key art, full-resolution screenshots, the trailer and a fact sheet, all free to use and free to monetise.

Bugs and feedback on the game

The fastest route is the feedback button inside the game, in the pause menu. It sends the report with the run attached, which means it can actually be reproduced. Playtest feedback is read and triaged, and it is where most balance changes come from.

Business

Publishing, porting, localisation, festivals, bundles, storefronts. Same address. Please put the word "business" in the subject line so it does not get buried under bug reports.

Just want to talk about the game

The Steam page has a community hub, the itch page has comments, and both get read. If you would rather send a long email about deck archetypes, that is genuinely welcome.
